Student Supply Lists

shopping cart full of various school supplies

As many families shop for school supplies, each school year we offer suggested student donation shopping lists. We hope you find the following supply shopping lists (by grade level) helpful. All donations are strictly voluntary and greatly appreciated as we work to support our classes and programs!  Any brands that are listed are preferred, as we have found these brands to be of a good, lasting quality that meet the needs of our classrooms.

I addition to any of the items listed, every student in grades K-5th will also need a full-size backpack and also a set of earbuds or over-the-head headphones with a built-in microphone, to be kept at school, both of which can be used from year-to-year.

Laurelwood Student Supplies

***2020-2021 school year***

As families prepare for the start of the new school year, we hope the following supply lists will be helpful in getting ready for Distance Learning. The teacher-suggested items listed are in addition to the many items that will be provided this year by the school district for Distance Learning to each elementary student in a “Student Supply Kit” (a list of the items being provided to your student by SCUSD, along with the pick-up days/times, can be found following this paragraph), along with many additional grade-level specific items purchased by the school and the Laurelwood PTA. Please note that in order to minimize the need for technical support in accessing the needed learning platforms and curriculum, ALL SCUSD students need to use a district assigned Chromebook for instruction. If your child did not check one out last Spring, you will also need to pick up a Chromebook for each Laurelwood child during the Materials Pick-Up dates/times listed below. All teacher-suggested supplies are strictly voluntary. If you are not able to obtain any specific items, please let your teacher know.

Materials & Chromebook* touch-free pick up days from Laurelwood are as follows-

August 13: Grade 2 @9am; 1st @10am, Kindergarten @11am

August 14: Grade 5 @9am; 4th @10am; 3rd @11am
