About Mrs. Blancas

Laurelwood is a wonderful learning community!  This is my 13th year teaching in the district.  Most of my experience is in first grade, I've also taught Kindergarten and a year of third grade.  First grade is a fun year of growth and development for a young learner and I am privileged to take your children on that journey this year.

With my family I treasure camping in Big Sur, coastal drives and hiking adventures.  Spending time with friends, reading an encouraging book, singing and my yoga practice are things that I enjoy most.
