On August 10^th, we will mail out an emergency card, two disaster release cards and the Proof of Residency form. Please fill out both sides of these forms, attach three original proofs of residency (also, provide us with a copy, if you would like the original returned to you) and be prepared to present them. Please return all completed cards and forms to Laurelwood and pick up your School Calendar / Handbook during the following times:   

• August 17^th 10a.m. - 1:00p.m. 4p.m.– 5:30p.m.

• August 18^th 10a.m. – 12:00p.m. 4p.m. – 5:30p.m.

• August 19^th 10a.m. – 12:00p.m. 4p.m. – 5:30p.m.   

If you are unable to drop off cards and forms during the above times, please drop them off in the office front door mail slot before Thursday, August 20^th. If your paperwork is not in the office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21st, we will assume you are NOT attending school at Laurelwood.   If you know you are not returning to Laurelwood, please call the office at 423-1600.
